What to email about
- Bug reports — a tool isn't working, a download fails, a page won't load
- Feature requests — a tool you wish existed, a format we should support, a missing language for OCR
- Content corrections — a guide has outdated info, a tool description is wrong
- Privacy questions — anything about how we handle data (see our Privacy Policy too)
- Copyright concerns — if we've published something that infringes your rights
- Press / partnership inquiries — yes, we read these too
Response time
We aim to respond within 2-3 business days. Bug reports and reports about broken tools get priority. We're a small operation, not a 24/7 support team, so please be patient.
What we can't help with
We can't help recover files you processed on the site. We don't store your files — that's the entire point of how the site is built — so if you didn't save the output, it's gone. Re-running the tool with the same input will give you the same result.
We also can't help recover content from platforms we don't operate. If you're trying to get back a Reddit post that was deleted, or a Twitter video from a suspended account, the original platform is the only party that may have a copy. We have no special access.
For bug reports specifically
The more detail, the faster we can fix it:
- Which tool you were using (URL helps)
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and operating system
- Any error message you saw — screenshot is great
- If the issue is with a specific file: file type and approximate size (don't send us the file itself — see Privacy Policy)
